What premises does Clean Best clean in Sydney?

Clean Best cleans twelve premises types across Sydney: commercial premises, offices, warehouses and distribution facilities, strata common property, medical centres and clinics, childcare centres, schools, gyms and fitness studios, churches and parish halls, carpet as a periodic program, homes, and end-of-lease and commercial make-good work.

Every premises is scoped the same way: a walkthrough at the hour the cleaning would actually take place, every area named separately, a task and a cycle written against each area, the method named wherever it changes the outcome, the exclusions stated, and the price built from the labour hours the scope requires. The written scope is issued before the price.

One method

The same way of scoping, applied to twelve buildings that share nothing

A distribution warehouse and a medical clinic have almost nothing in common. The floors are different, the risks are different, the hours are different, and the person judging the result is different. A single generic scope applied to both would fail both, which is exactly what a template does.

What is constant is the method: walk the premises when we would be cleaning it, name every area, put a task and a cycle against each, name the method where it changes the outcome, state the exclusions plainly, and price the hours. What comes out the other end is unrecognisable between the two buildings — and that is the point.

  • Every area named, never gathered under a general phrase
  • A cycle against every task, so the schedule can actually be failed
  • Method named where the surface or the room demands it
  • The written scope issued before the price, on every premises type

The full range

Every premises type we clean in Sydney

Start from the building rather than the service name. Tell us what it is, what happens in it and when it is empty, and the right answer falls out of that conversation.

Where somebody else inspects

Some of these premises are judged by people other than you

A medical centre is assessed on infection control. A childcare service is assessed, and the cleaner needs a Working with Children Check before they are allowed near the building. A school is inspected. A strata building is judged, less formally but far more relentlessly, by every owner who walks through the lobby.

For those premises the cleaning is documented rather than merely done: a written procedure, safety data sheets for every product, clearance details supplied so they can be verified rather than trusted, and a monthly audit that reaches you in writing. A site being assessed should never have to chase its cleaning contractor for evidence.

  • Written procedures for clinical and childcare rooms
  • WWCC-cleared cleaners wherever children use the premises
  • Safety data sheets supplied for every product on site
  • Certificates of currency sent before the first shift, not after

How it works

How every Clean Best job starts

The same four steps whether it is a single suite or a portfolio spread across Sydney.

  1. 1

Tell us what the site is

Call 1300 494 983 with the premises type, the floor surfaces, the amenity count and what time the building lets a cleaner in.

  2. 2

We walk it at cleaning time

A supervisor sees the premises the way the cleaner will — after close, bins full, floors used. That walk is what the scope is written from.

  3. 3

    Written scope, then a price

You get the task list and its frequencies first, and the fixed price second. In that order, so you can see what you are actually buying.

  4. 4

    Your cleaner starts and stays

The same police-checked cleaner services the site each visit, inducted on your access procedure, audited monthly against the scope you signed.

FAQ

Questions about what we clean

Premises types, scoping, multi-site work, walkthroughs and clearances.

Which premises types does Clean Best actually clean in Sydney?

Clean Best cleans twelve premises types across Sydney: commercial premises generally, offices, warehouses and distribution facilities, strata common property, medical centres and clinics, childcare centres, schools, gyms and studios, churches and parish halls, carpet as a periodic program, homes, and end-of-lease and make-good work. What changes between them is what the room needs. What does not change is how the scope is written, priced and audited.

Is the scoping method really the same for a warehouse and a clinic?

Clean Best uses the same method and a very different scope. The method is constant: walk the premises at the hour we would be working, name every area, put a task and a cycle against each, name the method wherever it changes the outcome, state the exclusions, then price the hours. What comes out the other end is unrecognisable between a distribution warehouse and a medical clinic — as it should be, because a generic scope applied to both would fail both.

Can one contractor cover several different premises types?

Clean Best does this routinely and it is usually the sensible arrangement. A business with an office and a warehouse, a parish with a church and a hall, a health group with several clinics — each site gets its own written scope and its own consistent cleaner, but there is one supervisor accountable across all of them, one site register and one invoice. What you avoid is two inductions, two sets of paperwork and an argument about the corridor in between.

Do you charge for the walkthrough or the quote?

Clean Best charges for neither, and there is no obligation attached to either. We come at a time that suits the premises, including after hours, which is usually when we would actually be cleaning. You receive a written scope and then a fixed price. If your current contractor is doing a good job and we cannot improve on it, we will tell you that rather than talk you into a change you do not need.

Which service should I start with?

Clean Best suggests starting with the premises rather than the service name. Tell us what the building is, what happens in it, and when it is empty, and the right service falls out of that conversation. Most clients begin with one premises type and add a second — a periodic carpet program, the warehouse front office, the parish hall — onto the same schedule, the same supervisor and the same invoice.

Do all of these run with police-checked cleaners?

Clean Best requires a current National Police Check from every cleaner before their first shift, on every premises type without exception. Cleaners assigned to childcare centres, schools and any premises used by children also hold a NSW Working with Children Check, and the clearance details are supplied so a director or principal can verify them online rather than take our word for it.
